magick MAGNESIUM is a great tasting blend of well absorbed, gut friendly magnesium glycinate blended with amino acid theanine and dual extracted, organic
reishi.

INGREDIENTS PER 5g SCOOP
Magnesium glycinate equiv Magnesium 250mg
Theanine 100mg,
Reishi Extract ( Ganoderma lucidem*) 500mg

Other ingredients – Citric acid, phycocyanin, stevia, monkfruit extract, natural citrus flavours
*10:1 organic dual extracted, fruiting body and contains >20% beta glucans

Add one scoop (5g) to 250ml cold water and mix thoroughly.

Take once per day with food.

Love

This stuff is amazing for calming and mental clarity, which I really needed with a busy toddler.
Bonus is that it actually tastes good too.

Delicious!

I've drunk a fair few types of powdered magnesium over the years, and ultimately moved to taking it in capsule form to avoid the taste. But this magnesium is different! It's absolutely delicious and works, stopping my chronic restless legs and calming my busy mind. (It's also very pretty, so bonus points for that!)

Great Product

This is such a great drink and my body happily accepts it..the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that I would like it to be stronger dose as I have a magnesium deficiency
