Magick Coffee Tiramisu

Magick Coffee Tiramisu

I love baked oats for breakfast and this recipe from The Fit Londoner is so good! I have changed it a little to use our lovely Magick Coffee, so you get that lovely coffee favour with the benefits of four functional mushrooms.

Makes 3-5 servings.

  • 2 bananas

  • 200g rolled oats

  • 1 tspn baking powder

  • 60g protein powder - I used vanilla

  • 3 heaped tspn Magick Coffee mixed into 30ml boiling water

  • 300ml oat mylk

  •  70g dark chocolate chips

  • 180g vanilla yoghurt ( I use coconut yoghurt)

  • 1 tsp cacao powder, to dust over the top

Heat oven to 180 degrees fanbake
Mash bananas into a baking dish, pour over the rolled oats and the two scoops of protein powder and the baking powder . Mix the Magick Coffee into 30ml of boiling water and pour over the banana/oats mix. Pour over the oat mylk until it is quite a wet mix. Add more if it feels a bit dry. Mix through the chocolate chips. Bake in the oven for 35 mins.

Once its cooled, spread the yoghurt on top and serve. This makes about 3- 5 serves and you can eat for breakfast or I like it as a dessert! Didn’t last long at our place!
