Add 1 teaspoon (3g) to 200ml hot water and
mix thoroughly until blended, add your sweetener
of choice and top with mylk for lovely stress support tea.
This tea is quite strong in flavour so use less if you are finding it too strong! And its a must to use sweetener!

Contains ashwagandha which belongs to the Solanaceae or nightshade family. If you are intolerant or allergic to other member of the nightshade family ( Eggplant, tomatoes, potatoes, capsicum etc) do not use this product.
