Ingredients:

4 cups rice bubbles

1/2 cup brown rice syrup

1/2 cup almond butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1-2 tablespoon/s lions mane extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, add the rice bubbles and set aside.

In a saucepan over low heat, combine the brown rice syrup, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, lion's mane and sea salt.

Stir the mixture continuously until it becomes smooth and well combined.

Pour the sauce over the crispy rice cereal in the mixing bowl.

Using a spatula or wooden spoon, gently fold the mixture until all the cereal is evenly coated with the sauce.

Transfer the mixture to a lined square baking dish and press it down firmly to create an even layer.

Place the dish in the fridge for at least 1 hour to allow the squares to set.

Once set, remove the mixture from the dish and cut it into squares or desired shapes.
